Anlass war das j\u00e4hrliche Benefiz-Konzert des Lions-Clubs Bad Marienberg. Im optisch und akustisch fantastischen ehemaligen Werksgel\u00e4nde des Basaltsteinbruches f\u00fchlten sich Musiker und Zuh\u00f6rer sichtlich wohl. In einem solchen Ambiente hatte das Orchester bislang noch nicht gespielt. Bei bestem Wetter in bester Spiellaune gaben die jungen MusikerInnen ihr &#8222;Swing-Kids&#8220; Programm zum Besten. Nebenbei auch einige musikalische Ausblicke auf die im September geplante Konzertreise nach Bolivien. Dem Veranstaltungsteam des Lionsclub unter der Federf\u00fchrung von Katja Hillert war es ein Anliegen, den Bigband Jazz in den tiefen Westerwald zu tragen.
